My amazing grand-niece Suzette and her creative contribution

I was advised to develop a logo for my studio when planning my website. I enlisted my niece’s daughter for this project, and she was eager to help.

Suzette is a creative force and a student in the School of Interactive Arts and Technologies (S.I.A.T.) at Simon Fraser University. Students gain an understanding of practical design, development and digital technologies in a human-centred context.

Here is some information about the goals of the programme;

Suzette grew up in Chicago. Her mother is Canadian, and her father is American. The family left the States in 2016 to eventually settle in Vancouver. Everyone in the family agrees it was an excellent choice—certainly I do!

Designing a logo for the Swift Rivers Studio website put Suzette’s skills to the test.
